Scott Sattizahn Designs

Following a user interview we gained an insight that led to this redesign. The new design was extended to support from the hips all the way to the knee, while also allowing for natural movement and ventilation through the night.

 

I hand cut foam prototypes to validate the initial concept. Through further iteration and testing I refined the shape, improved the cover, and added the ventilation.

The new design has been very successful and sold over 1 million units.
